The rhythm sets the pace, gives structure to the patterns we repeat, and transforms movement into something expressive, grounding, and alive. This isn’t just about timing. It’s about moving with intention, and letting the music carry you there.

Aubre has spent her life studying movement — not just how it shapes the body, but how it shapes our relationship with ourselves. Through every chapter, movement has been a way for her to process change, regulate energy, build confidence, and return to presence.

Over years of teaching, Aubre saw something missing in traditional fitness: space to feel. Space to move with intention. Space to build strength without disconnecting from yourself in the process. Sweat Sessions was created from that insight, as a practice rooted in rhythm, awareness, and real human experience.

As both founder and instructor, Aubre leads with presence first. Her goal isn’t perfection or performance. It’s helping people reconnect to their bodies, trust themselves, and find strength that carries into everyday life.

Sweat Sessions isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself, again and again.
