Flow State Sculpt is a moving meditation: a breath-led, music-driven total-body flow that blends sculpt, stretch, mobility, and mindful transitions to build controlled strength while calming the nervous system. Step & Strength is a high-energy, rhythm-driven workout that fuses classic step choreography with full-body strength training to build coordination, endurance, and power. Expect a joyful cardio high balanced with grounding strength work that feels athletic, empowering, and genuinely fun.

Barre Strength

Barre Strength is a beat-driven, dance-inspired class that merges the precision of barre with the power of functional strength training through intentional, progressive sequencing. Sculpt Interval

Sculpt Interval is a high-intensity class that blends barre-inspired strength with purposeful, beat-driven cardio intervals to build endurance, metabolic strength, and mental grit.
